- The house comes fully staffed with cooks and daily maid service. Carlos
and Gina live in the down stairs maid quarters and provide all cooking,
cleaning and general maintenance of the property. They are very
respectful of space and cook a great meal.
- Peter and Lisa live across the street and offer turn key concierge
services at nominal rates. They are the point of contact for arranging
airport transfers, tours, reservations etc. In order to gain access to
the house “Bellavista” Peter and Lisa will coordinate with
guests as to obtaining access thru the security gates.
- Wireless Internet access is available for $10/day, $25/week, $35/month
